When you submit a form, place an order request or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, city, address and details about your property and electricity use. We also record the page you came from to improve our service.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, process orders, arrange site surveys and installations, file subsidy and net-metering applications on your behalf, and provide after-sales service.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed to deliver your project — for example with the DISCOM, the national PM Surya Ghar portal, lending banks you choose, or equipment manufacturers for warranty claims.

Storage & security

Your information is stored on secured servers in India and accessible only to authorised staff. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time.
